With over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, of which 8 years as a senior leader I feel I’m a strong match for this role. After working my first 3 years in a start up I made the move to large, multinational organizations working with financial institutions including ING, Rabobank and exciting Tech companies like True and Delegate (The Digital Neighborhood / prev. Broad Horizon). My passion for the human psyche has driven me to pursue a Bsc. in Psychology and a career in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management. My passion, persuasiveness, empathy and goal orientated way of working has added value to my employers and employees in my team through my career. My abilities to translate business requirements like Ebitda growth targets, attrition targets and FTE growth targets in to creative strategies and processes have facilitated the colleagues and Business I work with and for to achieve their goals.
